"We commissioned Steelpad to provide bespoke toilet facilities for The Lakes Bar and Kitchen, LBK utilising a steel container. This will allow reuse of the unit as and when the café is relocated, or if we need toilet facilities elsewhere. Steelpad worked closely with our construction team and interior designer to meet both the practical need and aesthetic desires for the toilet facilities. They were able to provide specialist input to allow full integration of the accessible WC design, interior design, detailed co-ordination of all interfaces of high quality finishes and all services. The result is a unit providing good functionality, high quality finishes that co-ordinate with the interior design palette of LBK. A facility that The Lakes are very happy with."

"The cabin has everything you need... microwave, fridge, cutlery, glasses, tea towels etc. Decent size bathroom with a piping hot shower and a heated towel rail which was great. The sofa turns into a spacious bed. The heating system is amazing and can heat up the cabin in seconds."

"‘The Spring’ is definitely small but with the amazing big sliding window doors it does not feel small and even at night with the doors shut it’s very well designed for one individual or a couple to stay comfortably. The amenities are great, you have an electric stove with 2 hobs, kettle, toaster, AC, fridge with a little freezer compartment (it has one ice tray and this was an amazing detail as I forgot to buy ice) microwave/convection oven (if you are a first like me to cook a nice meal on this, trust me it works well and it’s powerful, I cooked my first ever rack of lamb and it was phenomenal) the shower is amazing, one of the best I’ve used and it also has a hot rail that distributes a lot of heat to the house. The sofa/bed is probably also one of the best that I’ve slept in, very comfortable as a sofa and extremely comfortable and big as a bed."

"A quiet, idyllic, luxurious stay in a little cabin amongst trees and birdsong! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful little place. The house itself is stunningly decorated with top quality amenities and furniture – it is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every morning we opened the bi-fold and tri-fold windows so we could lie in bed but still feel like we were almost outside and just listen to the birds. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and we made meals in the evenings without any issues. The smart TV was a great bonus – we enjoyed watching films on Netflix and Amazon Prime."
